Greetings everyone, Embarking on this journey to Bangalore, like many of you, I brought along a multitude of dreams and a radiant smile. The anticipation of reuniting with friends and the joy of a temporary departure from the unconditional love of family is an exhilarating experience. The realization of the value of that affection alters the fabric of life.

Allow me to introduce myself; I am Deepa, hailing from the quaint city of Bhagalpur. Having completed my 12th grade in Bhagalpur, I was resolute in my goal — to delve into the world of fashion. Fortuitously, I found my way to NIFT, a chapter of my life that deserves its narrative. After graduating in fashion design, I equipped myself for adventures beyond academia.

Life’s uncertainties and the yearning for more filled my thoughts, rendering my dreams restless, almost overpowering my nights. Blessed with unwavering support from my incredible parents, my dreams tend to be a bit more extravagant than most. Life’s experiences have left indelible marks, often making me yearn for my presence in moments. I don’t lament this, understanding that everyone grapples with life’s complexities, but perhaps, I’ve had a tad more.

Bangalore, my dream city, continually fuels my aspirations, infusing me with boundless excitement. Yet, what if the very elements that invigorate you suddenly withdraw? Not a complaint, but perhaps I wasn’t deserving. Life sometimes serves you a platter filled with desires only to reveal that it might not be what you truly need. The desperation to accept it blinds you from scrutiny.

Entering a toxic professional environment is perhaps the worst fate for someone desperately seeking employment. Herein lies a lesson: the more you believe you understand life, the less mature you are. Realizing the intricacies of life propels you into a relentless struggle. Attaining what you fought for often results in the loss of inner joy.

Through this blog, I convey a simple truth — life doesn’t hand you what you desire unless you’re willing to fight for it or contend with yourself. Along this journey, you will stumble, break within, and crave companionship, but remember, seeking solace in others is but a temporary distraction. Never lose hope, whether you triumph or life breaks you.
